Papillion has two kinds of houses and we remodel both. The established neighborhoods around downtown and the older schools have kitchens and bathrooms from the seventies, eighties and nineties that are ready to be opened up and brought current. The newer areas to the south and west are basement and deck country: full unfinished lower levels, walkout lots, and yards that want a covered deck.
Permits for Papillion addresses go through the City of Papillion. We pull them under Callaway Construction Inc., build the inspections into the schedule, and leave you with a permitted, inspected remodel.
