It depends on scope. A counters-and-backsplash update is a matter of days; a full gut with a layout change takes longer because cabinets and countertops are ordered to fit. You get a written schedule with the bid, and if something changes you hear about it before it costs you.
Cosmetic work like paint, counters and a backsplash usually doesn't. Moving walls, relocating plumbing or adding circuits generally does. We tell you exactly what your job needs and build the permit and inspections into the bid.
Almost always. We set you up with a temporary kitchen, seal off the work area for dust, and clean up every day. The oven and sink are down for a stretch in the middle, and we tell you when.
Both. New counters, a backsplash, an island, new lighting or a pantry build-out are all jobs we take on. If it's real carpentry, we're interested.
Either, and we'll walk you through the tradeoff. Semi-custom lines cover most layouts at a better price; custom makes sense for odd walls, tall ceilings or a specific look.
