Yes. Anything with a foundation or a roof needs a permit and inspections in Omaha and Sarpy County, and setbacks have to be checked against your lot. We handle all of it.

A covered porch is a roofed, finished outdoor room you use in rain and August sun. A deck is open and simpler. Plenty of homeowners do a covered section over part of a larger deck; we build both.
